Dr. Holly Snow

Chiropractic therapy relieves stiffness, irregular movement or painful symptoms like dull ache or sharp, acute pain.

By using gentle, non-invasive techniques, the doctors assess and address your body to bring it back to the way it is meant to move.

Dr. Holly Snow was born and raised in Wellington, Nova Scotia. She grew up within the competitive gymnastics community where she learned the importance of health and wellness, as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. This influenced Holly's choice to attend Memorial University of Newfoundland graduating with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and eventually to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

In practice, Dr. Holly uses her skills to diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, as well as to improve general health and wellness. She has a passion for treating chronic pain, and especially enjoys helping out our military veterans. Dr. Holly includes a combination of manual and instrument assisted chiropractic manipulations and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy techniques, therapeutic and rehabilitation exercises, as well as lifestyle modifications in treating client complaints.

In her down time, Dr. Holly enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Holly is excited to join the team at Symmetry!
