Our team offers FREE Wellness Events and Lunch and Learn sessions to companies to promote healthy lifestyles to their employees and families, and to provide useful and practical information regarding health related topics. During the Lunch and Learn, we offer FREE one-on-one sessions with our Health Care Professionals (YES, you can get a FREE massage or try Acupuncture during your workday at this event!). The entire event is no charge...we are there to educate your employees! 

This is a wonderful way for you and your co-workers to take some time to learn more about health and wellness, which can help to reduce injuries and sick-time....and it's FREE!
