Rozalind graduated from Northumberland College in Halifax in 2018. She started her career as a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2009. Her career has allowed her to work with a variety of sports including football, basketball, lacrosse, rugby and more.

With her background in Sports Therapy, Roz often incorporates strength training and mobility as home care for her clients. She has additional training in myofascial release, cupping, deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. Whether you're looking for a relaxing massage, deep tissue treatment or recovery from an injury, she will tailor her treatment to meet your specific needs.

When she isn't working with clients, you can find her walking her two red fox labs (Dingo and Rooster), canoeing with her spouse or sharing a relaxing evening with her 3 step kids.
